1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting or using the services provided by BHR Recovery Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We provide 24/7 breakdown recovery, accident recovery, and nationwide vehicle transport. All services are subject to availability and current road conditions.
3. Quotations and Booking
- Quotations are valid for 24 hours unless otherwise stated.
- For Braintree local recovery, a fixed fee typically applies. For all other areas, pricing is calculated based on mileage and vehicle type.
- Bookings are confirmed only once we have received all necessary vehicle and location details.
4. Insurance and Liability
Your vehicle is covered by our Goods in Transit insurance up to a value of £1M while in our care. However, we are not liable for:
- Pre-existing damage or mechanical failure.
- Loose items left inside the vehicle.
- Damage caused by unforeseen circumstances or "Acts of God".
5. Customer Obligations
The customer must ensure that the vehicle is accessible and that someone is present at the pickup and drop-off points unless prior arrangements have been made. Accurate information regarding the vehicle's condition (e.g., non-runner, missing wheels, modified/lowered) must be provided at the time of booking.
6. Cancellations
Cancellations made after a recovery vehicle has been dispatched may be subject to a call-out fee. The amount will be determined based on the distance already travelled.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
